The bangle is made by the Flowering Desert Project, which provides training and fairly paid work for women in rural communities in Tamil Nadu, India.

Carefully selected combinations of glass crystal beads are skilfully attached to a handmade silver-plated brass bangle using traditional jewellery techniques.

It comes in a handmade gift bag, created by artisans in Vietnam using scrap fabric, with the fabric design varying.
